Private Classes
Prefer a personalized practice? Whether you are new to yoga, dealing with an injury or other physical limitations, have limited availability, or want more personal attention, our private classes are a great solution.
Private classes can also be a great way to explore different types of yoga, especially if you have taken classes in the past but felt lost or discouraged.

Yoga Pods
Looking for something in between? Yoga pods are a fun way to practice with a very small group. They incorporate the best parts of group and private classes while allowing students to participate in a safe environment.
If you or someone that you care for have health concerns, yoga pods are a great solution. Meeting up with yoga friends to laugh and practice, is a way to create a healthy lifestyle.

What do I need to practice yoga?
One of the nicest things about yoga is you can get started with no real investment. For thousands of years people practiced with no additional equipment at all.
To begin a practice, a towel or blanket and comfortable clothing is all you need. The most important things to bring are your body, mind, and spirit. As you establish your yoga practice you can decide what you need to become more comfortable.
Most students start with a yoga mat. Sticky mats are inexpensive and widely available, making them ideal for a beginner. Yoga mats are available in a wide variety of styles, brands and materials in numerous price ranges. If you are not sure which one is right for you; your instructor can provide suggestions based on your practice. Keep the original for outdoor practices, or a house guest who wants to join you for a yoga class.
Props like blocks or a strap can assist you in certain postures and while maintaining safe form. Blocks come in a variety of materials. Four-inch foam blocks are colorful and work perfectly. Yoga straps can be purchased. However, a belt, scarf, or a dog leash can be used as well.
Bringing an extra towel or blanket to class for padding in sitting or kneeling postures can be beneficial. They can also be used to cover up with during Savasana if you get cold.
